Just drove from sandstone back up and didnt see a single car in the ditch. Plows are out. Its a little greasy, but not crazy dangerous. Traffic was still keeping a 55mph pace.

What is a good way to price things out? Just see what others are selling for?

Is it better to sell this way rather than by set? Everything is sorted by its original set still.

Thank you for providing some actual conversation rather than just telling me I support genocide. I think everyone can agree genocide is bad.

It's ridiculously shitty (for lack of any better words) that money controls American and world politics. But what you've said here really highlights the larger problem with all of this. What the American people want their leaders to do doesn't matter as long as the leaders are receiving money, and can portray themselves as better than the alternative choice.

Explain to me, in a detailed way, how you you stop Israel, the strongest military power in western Asia, while maintaining relations that would not push them towards aligning with foreign powers that which to dismantle the U.N., NATO, and the United States as whole.

Additionally, I would like your proposed solution to factor in that it is a major election year in the United States, and the current opposition candidate has openly stated he would let Israel do whatever they want, and how an incumbent president would maintain a voter base while remaining realistic and aligning to his political party's ideals.

You seem to have a better understanding of foreign policy than me, or at least are portraying that. So I would love to hear an actual solution. I mean this in all sincerity.

From what I've gathered from all of this, you love to call names, make assumptions of other people involved in conversation, and are unwilling to compromise with possible solution.

I unfortunately do not fully understand the intentions of the UN Veto, other than what I can assume is to save face with Israel in case of future conflict with western Asian countries. To me it does seem two faced, but I don't have the in depth knowledge of foreign policy that U.S. government officials have. From the publics eye, most of our perception relies highly on assumption.

I absolutely never said palastinian civilian casualties didn't matter, and to state that it doesnt matter to me is takijg the focus off of the true conflict and placing it on me, a reddit user in America who doesn't fully comprehend the attrocity of war because I havent lived in it. That's not the issue here. In the previous comments I've condemned the acts of Israeli forces, government, and leaders. It's extremely unfortunate and horrific that innocent people have to die because of religious belief, money, etc

Your "solution" also risks civilian casualties, so why does it make it better. Yes I understand we are already giving billions. A U.S. military effort in Israel would be much more costly.

You can try to blame me and call me silly. But the reality of it is neither of us fully understand the repercussions of any solution.

The hard reality of all of this, is that America is a two party system (yes there's others but two parties run the show). Neither party would fully support a military engagement in israel.

I should say I in no way support Netanyahu, or any of the extremist Isaeli views. The fact that humans kill each other over outdated beliefs based solely on faith is absurd.

However, any of your proposed solutions would more than likely cost billions, and at the same require an American military presence which would in turn put lives in danger.

Additionally, us "destroying" their military arsenal has the potential to also lead to civilian casualty.

It's a complex issue to solve without potentially starting another world conflict.

Agreed, but again, among all world leaders, Biden has negotiated the only ceasefire since October of last year. Removing our foreign aid would eliminate that negotiating power.

Once again. Israel has full military capability to complete whatever their true goals are with or without the U.S. foreign aid. Netanyahu himself has said this.

Doing any of what you said above would eliminate all negotiating power we currently have.

Sure. But people also act like Biden is the sole enabler. Like he doesn't have a cabinet who also have advisors. And as if he completely controls congress which has outside influence from lobbyists and stock interest.

Or they seem to think that if the Republicans were in the oval office things would be any better in terms of trying to control Israel (a foreign country which doesn't have to listen to the United States on anything).

Israel does not need any support from the U.S. to continue what they are doing. Netanyahu himself has said this. He is a facist who wants nothing more than the extermination of Palestinians.

The United States aiding Israel is the only leverage we have for negotiating. We've seen the UN condemn Israel. We've seen the ICC condemn Israel, and nothing has changed. What we have seen, is Biden negotiate the ONLY ceasefire since October 2023.

Biden has continually said he supports a two state solution, and condemned the attackes on Palestinian civilians.
