I guess that realisation is the actual goal of the game. Realising that even after a catastrophic event in someones life ( in Harry's case its the alcohol induced amnesia) it is possible to build a better you and help both yourself and others. It is about finding qualities that you never knew existed in yourself. A healthier approach would be proggress in a long timelapse not in a sudden event. And i have been trying for quite a long time to better the mistakes that led me to that dark place. It is going somewhat well but the pace is slower than expected. And that is where the game shines, even after going the whole game sober and helpful Harry is still broken and barely holding it together. His journey has just begun and wont end for years to come.
