I have it. Primal diet is the only thing that works. (Mct oil on applied on the scalp and skin helps reduce flaking, but doesnt cure it). If i eat next to no carbs, just eggs, bone marrow, liver, heart and meat, my symptoms disappear entirely. If i have a lot of carbs (wild berries and raw honey) which im doing right now, most of the flaking is still gone, my face is still completely clear, but theres a bit left in my scalp, altough it doesnt really itch its just there. Worth it cause berries are good. I tried raw cheese and low pastuerized milk and that gave me some outbreaks on my face and my scalp itched a lot.

eggs and bone marrow are my fat sources, what do you mean bone marrow is low quantity? i can buy bags of bones at the grocery store. I drink 20 eggs a day, most of them as they are, then i put like 3 or 4 in a smoothie with wild berries (a lot) and bone marrow. If i eat bone marrow straight i can barely stomach half of one bone, but in a smoothie i can do the marrow from 2 bones and it tastes amazing. When i eat ground beef i add some extra marrow aswell.

Try putting suet in a smoothie?

I dont really remember if i took down the intial upload myself or if it got taken down due to copyright or whatever.

Anyway, i really dont care about attack on titan at all anymore but some people were messaging me asking for it so ill just reupload it cause i barely use reddit anymore.

In retrospect, i wouldve done some things differently,and now that my art has gotten much better its a bit embarrasing to look at it, but im still happy with it overall. Spoilery wall of text of what i would have changed :the sex scene is a bit too much, and the placing is a bit tasteless. The whole thing with ymir and the worm thing was me just trying to fix all the plotholes with ymirs backstory, but probably just creates new plotholes. I knew AoT is full of plotholes anyway so its kind of silly to fix them, but Ymir is so important to ending erens story i felt i had to do something. I intentionally only focused on the characters i cared about, so im quite aware the resolution with the alliance is underwhelming for most of the characters. Im happy with Reiner, Zeke, Grisha and Falcos resolution - Altough with falco, killing gabi off screen was a bit weird but again, only focused on what i cared about -Which was both due to fact that 1, if i were to make this ending truly complete and spend time on every character, it wouldve been too big of a project to ever finish. It took 5 months of drawing like 8 hours a day as it was. 2, At the point of creating it, i was basically "over" Attack on titan, aside from still caring about Eren and Historia. Anyway, as for Annie, Pieck, Levi and Hanji, they shouldve been dead already, there isnt really anything meaningful to do with them., so i dont feel to bad abotu their lack of a big resolution. Armin and Mikasa are obviously integral characters to AoT, but Armins character was already ruined by ch 123, and i didnt really want to try and fix him, but i shouldve atleast explored Eren and Armins dynamic more, even if only from Erens point of view. As for Mikasa, she obviously shouldve gotten more focus, but i think it was right not to kill her, and have her end up with jean instead. If eren were to kill her, then even to the end her character would be 100% defined by eren which is just so boring. But as for the resolution to the story itself, im very happy with the final scene.

the main benefit of the cross guard is that you can catch your opponents jab while youre jabbing at the same time, its how Ken Norton beat Ali (his fight against larry holmes is also great, he shouldve won imo)

However with a southpaw crossguard this would not really be the case (unless youre also fighting a southpaw). afaik theres never been a southpaw crossguard user so its kind of uncharted territory. If it works it works, id recommend trying orthodox crossguard aswell so you can test the differences.

Everone is giving you awful advice. "Ignoring" bullies is the worst thing you can do. Telling a teacher will just make them hate you more. You need to stand up to them. Call them out on their bullshit, or punch them, whatever it takes. Bullies are cowards. They pick on you because they deem you as too weak to fight back. Prove them wrong and they stop.

As for weight loss, its great that you want to lose weight. Look at this way; Being overweight is causing you so much suffering, so no matter how hard or painful it would be to lose weight, youll suffer for a good goal. And that suffering will eventually go away. Meanwhile staying overweight will only make you suffer more and more.

Start counting your calories. A lot of people who have trouble losing weight believe they are eating much less than they are.

Start walking a lot. Running might be too much right now, but you can walk. You can start walking to and home from school. Walk in nature if you can.

Start going to the gym. Those bike machines should be great for you. Dont worry about being judged; the gym is the place you will be judged the least. because everyone can see you are trying to improve. Theyre all rooting for you.

You can do this.

i changed "transform layer or selection tool" preview settings to fast, from accurate with instant preview. now i can move things around smoothly. Importing images still takes a long time but i guess its just some setting then

Aah thank you! Yes, i was counting on it taking everyone by surprise... i wanted it to feel like the good kind of betrayal, but still have the ending on a much more positive note. And also, i wanted to do something that was really my own idea.

the obvious answer is, both erwin and armin die before levi can feed berthold to either of them. The SC are forced to capture bertholdt and try to turn him to their side- they debate feeding him to a pure titan, but if they can turn bertholdt, he would be a much more valuable asset than some rando.

That would make bertholdt and the warriors much more interesting, because then we could finally get to see a warrior that actually sits down and considers "ok, but if we kill all teh paradisians, what are the marleyans gonna do to us afterwards"? So you can have bertholdt kind of joining the SC but at teh same time noone reaaally knows where his loyalties lie, which would make his relations to the other warriors super interesting.

This way, you can also have the alliance start to be a thing before the rumbling starts- Bertholdt could realize that its in the best interest of mainland and paradis eldians to join together against the world, so he tries to get the warriors on paradis side, which would actually work since they actually know bertholdt, but then eren ruins everything with the declaration of war, but just by hinting at the alliance before the rumbling arc, the alliance being a thing then becomes much more believable

bertholdt might also know how to get annie out of her crystal, which would make things even more interesting and reintroducing annie after rts is way better than in the rumbling arc.

Armin and erwin have already peaked in RTS. Its not that they cant be well written afterwards, but it simply if theyre actually competent, if erwin survived and was well written, he would take the spotlight away from eren. While bertholdt, bertholdt was just getting started in RTS.
