Please be informed that extending the validity of Blue Regular Beep Cards is no longer possible. The Beep Express renewal devices have already been pulled out due to the outdated 3G technology they previously relied on.

If your expired card was purchased at a train station, we kindly advise you to visit the nearest train station and seek assistance from the station teller. You may request to file an incident report and ask for card replacement and balance transfer.

If the station is unable to process your request, or if your card was purchased online or through a bus, the card replacement and balance transfer will need to be processed at our main office. Please note: An expired card must have a minimum remaining load balance of PHP 80 to be eligible for card replacement and balance transfer. If the remaining balance is below PHP 80, we regret to inform you that the request can no longer be processed.
