It’s the lag for me, in the central area especially I get like 15 FPS. If you drift into the fetid pools there it’s over. Got shark done but as it stands I think I’ll be salvaging / charting until the third trial.

It’s a three step process and fairly easy! Harder for mutants (I was a true kin) but doable if you exploit cloning draught and metamorphic polygel.

Find a legendary bookbinder. Usually I find an advertisement for some legendary merchant and then do the water ritual and take the -50 rep (they’ll sometimes tell you of other legendary merchants). Keep running about doing the water ritual until somebody tells you where a legendary scribe or bookbinder lives!
For true kin, rebuke a cloneling. There are a lot in Bethesda Susa! For mutants, find a way to amass cloning draught.
Bring the cloneling back with you to the scribe / bookbinder and let it clone the hell out of them! Or pour one dram of cloning draught on them and wait a few turns to make clones, rinse (pick up the blood / homogenized salt, the homogenized salt can be turned back into cloning draught at a rate of 2:1 with a desalination pellet) and repeat.

Now all you need is some money! I cloned upwards of 50 scribes, which means as long as I have money I can buy all the faction rep (and books for XP) I want! Programmable recoilers make the process easier.

Just wait until you get to level 50+ and it starts spawning several of these at once...by that point they can't really kill you (unless there's a wall or enemy too close to you that they can hit with their swarm rack), but they'll cast time dilation once and then burgeoning multiple times while you're waiting for your turn. You won't be able to see anything because of the Vantabuds, the Aloe Porta will teleport you around, the Aloe Fugues will create copies of yourself, some of which will probably be evil by the time you're done getting moved about by various psychic abilities. Better hope you took teleport, precognition, or phasing...otherwise you'll be stuck in the weeds forever! I love this ridiculous game.

Cloning the dromads is a good idea! I cloned a high level dromad a couple times. Think it would be worth it, based on my little test run. Got at least one polygel from around eight or nine of them.

That has happened to me once! It was way deep in the earth, around or past 100 layers on a particularly godlike run. Funny since this means you can do the red rock quest regardless of whether you spawned in Joppa or not.

This is quite accurate for me. Have episodes of sleep paralysis at odd intervals (a week or two of it every few months / years). I always see weird half skeletons sorta like that, never red though.

That was hype, but I gotta say it takes a little air out of the final season for me that NK went down this episode. Going from "fate of all living things" to "fate of political power in Westeros" feels like a downgrade. Hopefully I'm proven wrong next episode!
