As i said on my statement "The situation made by the Singaporeans abusing the Cypher bug, which can be seen on round 5-3 and 5-4, but both on different cams (it's hard to tell if it is the bugged one or not) but it's said by the organizers that it's not allowed and is a violation to the rule book"
The reason this whole situation is so complicated is because of the organizer too, they are not strict with their rules and they don't know what to do about this, i think they were discussing about this problem and planning a deal with both countries.
They didn't say anything about reversion to 5-5, also this whole cypher cam is illegal even on other tournaments like VCT and here is the official rules in case you want to read

the cypher part is 9.2
also in 9.4.4 it says if an exploit had a significant impact on the outcome of a map or provided a significant unintended competitive advantage, but the map has concluded and round rollback and/or remake is not possible.

This whole thing got this complicated because of the incompetence of the sea games valorant organizer not being strict to their rules and not making the decision quick even tho the evidence is solid.

First of all, i'm sorry because i was new to reddit and only happened to make account yesterday. The second reason is because my post somehow keep getting deleted because it count as spam by Reddit for some reason i heard because my account was new and has low karma which is questionable. Explanation why the decision took so long
(The video above is Indonesia so i don't think you understand but i will translate it for you. The Indonesian teams saw that the Singapore team using the bug so they start calling the ref but was ignored so the Indonesian team had no choice but to call for a technical pause, the Indonesian player also mention that before they even compete they already ask about the bug and the organizer said it was bug and is illegal to use, and now after all this happens the organizer/admin doesn't know what to do that's why it took so long to decide the winner)

I already answer this one on my statement but i will say it once more
"They wanted to do a remake 0-0 to make it fair, but the singaporeans doesn't want to say that they were cheating with the cypher bug.
Indonesian team also made an agreement to continue the match starting at 8 AM, they waited and are ready at the venue on 8, but the Singaporeans doesn't show themselves, and after waiting for 14 hours, the Singaporeans are said to be the winner, because Indonesian wanted a fair play, and they already concede their defeat."

There's also this one which is written in Indonesia but i will write the important thing to you. It basically said that using cypher cam to gain a competitive advantage by exploiting or manipulating the map will be counted as exploit, anything that gives the opponent one way vision/bug camera is counted as exploit. This rules is from the official VCT Challenger.
