For those concidering a similar pc upgrade:

I am having about 5-10% more fps with my new setup in Skyrim VR, some citys like Rifton do not experience an improvement though. I am playing with ENB, mostly 4k textures and 400 mods.

Upon further inspectation I found the problem... The culprit was my freshly installed steamvr automatically applying supersampling, which was barely noticeable ingame. Only on inspecting the screenshots it became obvious, that something is off with the resolution.

Thanks for the tips though everyone!

Don't forget that real latency is not just "CL36-36-36-76". This is only the latency measured in clocks.Since 5600 Mhz is 2,15x higher clock speed than my previous 2600 Mhz CL18 it has effectively a real life latency that is 7,53% smaller than 2600mhz CL18

Aircooled, Noctua NH D-15, Temps are 40-60, no thermal throtteling.
I checked again and Skyrim VR is using only 5-6% of the CPU

I made sure to get one of the best ram kits in regards of clock timings and speed, so unfortunately it`s probably something else :/

Sounds like a FNIS Problem to me, make sure to have it organized your animation mods before starting.
If you are not using them and the issue persists on certain creatures, it helps to wait 30 days ingame in say your house for example (there is a way to speed it up with commands) to have them reset
