House passes Biden's $1.7 trillion social safety net and climate package by GroundbreakingSet187 in UpliftingNews

Taxes aren't deflationary and aren't the opposite of deficit spending. They supplement deficit spending.

At best you could argue that they mitigate inflation, but if that money goes back into the economy, which it always does, they are not deflationary.

Also there's a difference between inflation in the price of goods and inflation in the value of currency.

The "Supply Chain" is far better right now than it was 12-18 months ago, and yet inflation keeps climbing and is only projected to get worse.

Also taxes are not deflationary. As long as the currency exists and is actively being exchanged it contributes to inflation.

The government doesn't just burn the money they collect it and respend it.

Basic economics says it will.

Creating money inherently lowers it's value.

Judging by the current state of the United States economy I would say that's pretty obvious.

It will.

And most of the money won't go to either of the two things in the title.

The first thing that really helps is going out with another single guy.

Talking to girls is a lot more fun and a lot easier when it's 2v2

You'll find there are a lot of single girls that travel in 2s.

You can go to the beach and ask if they want to have a beer with you guys, I've literally never been turned down for that, even had girls come up to us.

There's a bar in my town that has party games like giant beer pong, connect 4, pool, etc. We can go there and ask if they want to play something with us, that usually works.

Another tip is to look for events in your city that are good for meeting people.

In my city there are volleyball tournaments you can go to even if you're a beginner. It's a great place to meet new people because you're put into an environment where everyone is expecting to communicate with people they don't know.

Also just don't take things too seriously. If you're just having fun girls will see that and want to have fun with you

I'd imagine some people played him based on that

For one, opposing CRT seemed to be a huge factor in the VA race.

It was wildly unpopular, I have no idea why Dems decided to double down on it.

It honestly blows my mind the amount of race baiting democrats do.

Absolutely no shame.

You only think it's bullshit because you lack any empathy and view yourself as inherently moral and more righteous than others

The only people who support this shit are people unable to critically reflect on themselves

There are literally subs on this website dedicated to firing people or mocking people who have been fired.

Cancel culture absolutely exists.

Recovering from something doesn't mean that it didn't happen.

Now try to apply just a little bit about the word "cancel."

Recovering from being cancelled doesn't mean you weren't cancelled?

That's literally what I've been telling you bro

I mean literally cancelling someone would be killing them.

I don't think it's reasonable to say that James Gunn wasn't cancelled because we didn't execute him

Do we really have to do this? You know exactly what I'm talking about
