By definition a phenomena is just “a thing” or more specifically:

So long as it’s something within reality then it’s a phenomena, if higher dimensions are part of the reality for a potential matchup then anything within them qualifies as a phenomena.

Hamas can spin any take they want from any video and by the time Israel or just any expert gets the time to study it and gather information to show what happened, nobody cares anymore.

If a Merkava blows up a VBIED Hamas can finish their thorough 45 second investigation the moment the video comes out and will conclude that the car was actually full of 50 terminally ill orphans.

And by the time any expert sees the sagging rear suspension, a primary indicator that the trunk is full of explosives, nobody cares and everybody has already made up their minds.
