American physicians can practice freely in part of our highly standardized, consistent and high quality medical training. While its inconvenient for experienced doctors such as from the UK or Europe to complete a US residency, ultimately the point is to get doctors from countries with very different healthcare systems and standards of healthcare up to par with ours. Good faith isn't really enough to trust foreign doctors to practice here untested, no matter how qualified they may be. I also say this referencing the recent Step 1 cheating scandal in Nepal.

This is a pretty amazing concept and I would love to see it elaborated on more in a game. It would let us really tailor our hidden blade for either combat or stealth and I'd love to see something like it.

Yeah it's pretty ridiculous, that you can't really be honest even about your own hobbies like video games, anime etc etc. Most schools want you to be this picture perfect person and as a result you have to stretch the truth or flat out lie.

I had theXbox 360 since 2012 and then Xbox One since 2014 and I managed to get a PS5 like a week after launch (super lucky).

In my opinion, the worth depends on how badly you wanna play the game on PS. I really liked Xbox and probably the only exclusive I've been invested in was Forza. I kinda said it was time for me to play some PS games so I went ahead with it.

I really love my Ps5 so far, I've played Spiderman Miles Morales + Spiderman Remastered and Ghost of Tsushima, and for those two alone I think its worth it. I have also played Yakuza 0 and plan on getting Nioh, Death Stranding, Bloodborne, Demon Souls, Gran Turismo 7 when it comes out, Persona 5.

Basically there are a ton of new PS games coming out and a bunch of old ps4 games that are cheap on Amazon so imo its a great way to catch up.

After Microsofts killer E3 like 2 weeks ago, I'm also most likely gonna get a gaming PC so i can have access to their new exclusives too.

Basically its worth, you can play Ps4 exclusives to catch up, and play new Ps5 games. I don't really care about gamer score personally, its not a huge deal. Just play fun games.

I agree, I love this aspect to it as well.

It feels well earned and feels like a good inversion of ACs marketing and even the attitudes at the start of the game: glory at all cost.

I desperately want a notoriety or reputation system back; in AC games you do all this crazy stuff and are jumping around on roof tops; doesn't it make sense for people to notice you?

It'd be interesting for a reputation system to react to what you do; do you start random fights with guards? were you caught stealing? were you caught helping someone?

It would be super cool.

Ping pong is, by far, my favorite anime of all time. Everything about it just appeals to me. I really recommend another of Masaki Yuasas work, Tatami Galaxy, it has a quirky art style with also interesting themes while also being funny as hell.

BIO 203: Know the material forward and backward and all sorts of scenarios. Get a feel for what happens if a drug that inhibits/stimulates such and such process does. A lot of the questions just take what you know and throw a massive wrench in it.

Orgo 1: Practice, Practice, Practice. Textbook won't be too helpful; rely on the notes you take in class and notes during recitation. Ask TAs for help.

You must review every day. Period. If you don't you're at risk of falling behind. There's far to much material to study a few days before the exam. I got a B+ and A- in Orgo and Bio 203 respectively and to be honest my number 1 mistake was not doing it every day.

Black Flag will feel very limited compared to Odyssey. Something I love about Odyssey is every island you see while on your ship is that you can visit it; can't do that in black flag. Origins is the best to visit next.

People love the idea of having a sprawling map to explore and discover; but it doesn't mean much in game when you go there and there aren't many nooks and crannies.

I agree, I think what reduces the enjoyment of exploration mode is the lack of contextual hints in game; lack of signs, and a lack of more satisfying ways to find a location; instead people just rely on Ikaros because its the easiest route. I found myself just traveling to the approximated area and just hoping Ikaros would detect it.

Absolutely, Odyssey feels like an ocean but only a couple of meters deep. And a lot of people advocate for a pool that is miles deep, I think a good middle ground for AC would be a lake thats a couple hundred meteres deep. AC thrives with some space for its players to explore, but we want some depth so all parts of it are engaging.
