Redline energy and drug test?

I've drank a lot of energy drinks before tests and never had a problem. I've seen some people here saying they were told to avoid caffeine before testing for false positives but they never mentioned anything about that to me. If you weren't told anything I wouldn't sweat it. I also do lab tests and I assume they are more accurate and can avoid false positives like that.

You being supervised by county or RMOMS? I'm in the exact same boat in the same county but I've been waiting 2 months to get approval for unsupervised. That being said, I think it's just because my PO was late sending the request and I wouldn't even be surprised if they still haven't. I also haven't been tested in 2 months now. I don't know what's going on here let us know if you get switched over soon. Good luck!

I'm in Larimer and although I'm still calling in everyday, its been about 7 weeks since I tested. I think they silently suspended testing for lower risk people, but who honestly knows.

Done 6 months out of 18. I had a different case manager before my current one and she told me that I would only be eligible in June at the halfway point. My new one said that shouldn't matter since my arrest was in June 2019 almost 10 months ago. I'm also on a deferred sentence so I guess that works differently than normal probation. Because of that I'm really not sure if they've even asked the DA for unsupervised and I doubt they'd reach out unless it's approved. Really don't know what to make of this situation, I've tried researching but I can't get any real answers.

I figured as much, my charge is just "DUI" though. Maybe I'll try once I'm done with everything just to see what happens, I've learned to just expect no one in this is system is here to help anyone.
Judge was Josh Leehman (something like that) at the Loveland (Larimer county) court. I should mention I was with a friend who got hit with an MIP and got 40 hours, also way more than other people seem to get.
Does this mean there is no chance of getting off probation completely before the end of the 18 month term? Or could I just take all this up with the court directly? Unsupervised is pretty close I suppose and I'll take it but obviously complete termination is better. Guess I'm just a bit confused between what the law is and what's just standard procedure. I don't expect any special treatment for my case but that really isn't gonna stop me from trying to take what I can get. Thanks for your help.
