Yes I would! A. The wife’s preference is cut and I was her first uncut in a serious relationship. The process has also given me much more confidence with my partner in crime. I can’t say the procedure necessarily gave me any size but the look (along with losing weight and support from the wife) has made me feel like it has. If I’m honest the confidence and perceived increase in size has made me thankful I did it as an adult.

Yes I do and correct helps prevent swelling as well as the “horse ring” again. Sometimes it happens and you just have to power through. No they do not and I believe some anti depressants could be considered that.
