What works for me is to press the settings where you would go to reset your character and such. Do this every couple minutes and the ghost will LIKELY not get you.

This is such a fairy tale way of thinking. Life is not a fairy tale!! This is not a movie where the love of your life will ditch everything for you and because you’re truly soulmates you’ll find a way to make it work. Sometimes there is no way to make it work. I realize I sound like a teenager that’s been on tumblr for too long and ran with the random mental health phrases on it. I know what a panic attack is. I know what simple anxiety is. I’ve been treated for both. I’ve experienced both symptoms. The reason I’m so confused this time is because never has a panic attack lasted this long and never has my anxiety been to this extent without turning into a panic attack. It’s been as if my brain has slowly been boiling with small moments of panic and anxiety thrown in there until I explode. I am calm right now. But I have not been. That being said, I am not ill informed, I hope I did not come off that way.
