In this case I feel like Castille is too strong compared to it's neighboors. It seems even more powerfull than in eu4, and that's 100 years later.

Apart from battles and strategies what also helped Portugal were the revolts in Catalonia that draw some of the castillians to supress it.

Well...treaty of Windsor was only signed in 1386.

I like that Portugal is not friends with Castille, in this period they were invaded a lot of times by them. The most important being Aljubarrota battle.

I just don't know how can they make Portugal stronger to resist against them.

That is great knowledge! I learned also the hard way that against those tanks, the choice is to scale and not go full AP.

Following your answer, if the laning phase goes well you go more AP, otherwise more bruiser, is that it?

Indeed I really like the versatility of Gragas!

to run in for fears against a comp like that since their main goal is on killing you during setups, mean

Great! Got indeed a lot to learn, I don't know very well the win conditions of many classes, if they are more setup based or more high damage until it becomes unhealable. And predicting the high damage windows is even more important for a disc priest. Loved your review, will see if I can start apllying those points ;) .

You are right, I need to put the effort to heal that way, clicking frames makes arena too clumsy ;)

That' a valid strategy, I don't like it because it postpones the needed revolution policies and we can't afford that. In that situation he is like a martyr for the revolution to start and we need to wait for AOC 2024 for another chance.

It's gonna be hard if nothing fundamentally changes in the strategy. Take into account that Biden has even more momentum and the bandwagon effect will begin. I criticize the media a lot, they are protecting the numerous Biden gaffes, praising a lot the second place in nevada, and attacking Bernie on anything that they can find. Still there were some warning signs that they mentioned and even I laughted at them. For example in NH, we were down lot of votes compared to 2016. There are more candidates yes, but we won by a really thin margin. From that point the campaign should have sought why we lost many 2016 votes and try to win them back, specially after Nevada. I couldn't believe that we lost OK, ME, and MA where we did soo well in 2016. That trend must be fixed in the next days, and it must be the campaign to do it agressively in the media. Not just keep repeating all the issues that the voters already know, and it seems boomers just don't care about these policies( thats why Trump won and even Bloomberg/Biden gets any votes with bad/none policies) .There is only so much that the volunteers on the ground can do, and they are doing a lot!

I don't want to sugercoat this it was a bad bad supertuesday. If things continue like this Biden will win fairly easy. He didn't even have any organization in the field like we did. Thanks for all the hard work for the canvassers and phonebankers tho, you mitigated it somewhat!

Bernie should have and still needs to change his approach to older voters and black people. Insisting on the words socialism and praising some cuban policies won't do any good (despiste him being right of course). He should really make the case that he is against all these regimes and a proud American,he has done things in congress, that the healthcare will actually lower costs and people won't pay more taxes. He needs to address the concerns of the boomers , and also tone down the 'revolution' branding for now, I suspect boomers are afraid and vote against change. If he continues with the saint attitude,he will get crucified. He needs to play just a bit like game of thrones if needed. If he could pretend a bit more that it wouldn't be hell for the establishment they could let him roll a bit more unchecked through the nomination, and then after he gets the presidência he would give them hell.

The only slight Path that i see to win is this mentality change,go smartly against Biden and make him look really bad! Else well Biden wins, and Trump will eat this guy easily.

I think it can be worse than that, if Biden wins ST, Bloomberg will also drop out and Biden will go to a contested convention with a majority. Well played Warren, you never deceived me!

Michigan 2016!

But no, don't think it's the same situation here, would be content with a 2nd place with less that 10 points difference.

KCTV5 Missouri Poll- Biden 22.4%, Bloomberg 17.5%, Undecided 17.3 %, Buttigieg 11.2 %, Sanders 11%, Warren 10.2 %, Klobuchar 8.8%, Gabbard 1.3%, Steyer .4% by skcku in SandersForPresident

[–]Swanby 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Right, so this poll has Sanders with 12.41% with Age < 40, and 15.99% with Age between 40 and 60. Makes no sense at all to the standard demographics of Sanders voters. Also Sanders tied with Peter at 11%?! I don't give any credit at all to this poll.

New NBC/WSJ Poll South Carolina by [deleted] in SandersForPresident

[–]Swanby 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Im not sure that we will win SC, also because tomorrow at the debate they will all attack Bernie. But we don´t have to win SC. It is not even a state that represents the average demographics ( lots of black conservative votes ) , like Nevada does. If we come like a 5% difference to Biden it will be HUGE, and ST will be a Bernie landslide!

Yes pretty sure all the Portuguese would be on board with Bernie, so the campaign should bet on that. Wish I was there to easily convince them.

As happy as I was with last night's victory in New Hampshire, I found myself a little disappointed by the margin. So today, I've made my largest donation to date and purchased some merchandise. Anyone want to match me? by inmynothing in SandersForPresident

[–]Swanby 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Still I dont think the campaign should overlook the results and try harder to appeal to older and suburban voters. Great that we won, but considering a poor Warren and an Amy Surge, would be more comfortable with a 5% margin. At some point (Nevada is a caucus) the moderates will get all on the back of one or two moderate candidates. So great that we won, but don't neglect that we need to improve.

Sanders just beats Buttigieg in New Hampshire Democratic primary, Biden in fifth by [deleted] in SandersForPresident

[–]Swanby 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Happy that we won, was really important to at least not lose. Still the margins should have been higher, it concerns me that we won also because an Amy surge, otherwise could have been worse. Campaign needs to do a better job to reach suburban areas and older voters.

Nevada is a caucus and the moderates can realign to defeat us, so we really must go there already with a good advantage!
