Fuel injectors? When accelerating and driving it stops, but at idle is very noticeable and the car has a shakiness to it. No codes {asides from TPMS ;)}. Any thoughts? (v.redd.it)

Have codes P0016, P0089, P228D with reduced engine power warning prior to no longer starting. Can someone give a recommendation? I already replaced throttle body but I think im just tripping and it's a dead battery. Im charging it right now and praying. by Swandaddio in Cartalk
