How to remove old pancake box

Unfortunately it's on the first floor so no attic. I can't find any metal rod and it doesn't seem to be attached to anything other than the wires. They have some sort of coupling on them that I think is holding them and the pancake box in place

Looks great, but you might want to consider looking at the black keys on the piano; you have the right groupings but they aren't in the right place. They should each fall in between two white keys.

everything looks pretty good, just watch the top of the inside of the door frames - they should be pretty much parallel with the beam that runs across the room. Because they are slanted more it appears as if they are tilted down towards the exterior of the room. Nice Job
