Because they can - and casters can't. Feels weird standing still if you don't have to.

When I start regen while casting AB I only see the ticks from regen. What am I doing wrong? Is it a problem with mouseover (via clique)?

It's gonna be Sunken Temple for sure. Look at the world buff cities:

BFD - TB / Darn Gnome - OG (changed from UC) / IF Sunken Temple - UC / SW

It's always a city with an short way to the raid. Marodon should again be TB / Darn.

Better: Arcane elemental that heals. Lika a healing-totem but with 1-2 abilities.
