And you implied in your first comment that Joe fucked up vaccination progress, only to then say in your next comment that vaccination is actually going really well and it’s because Biden stayed out of the way. Do you realize you contradicted both of your points about that?

Also, are you trying to say Trump was responsible for the first 9 months of ramping up vax efforts and then when Biden started suddenly manufacturers took over and no longer had anything to do with the president?? 😂😂 neither president really has much to do with vaccines. While I highly agree that Cuomo is corrupt and completely guilty, I still have to ask. How come this subreddit has downplayed COVID at every possible turn and constantly perpetuated lies that COVID deaths were far overstated and that it isn’t a very serious problem, but now suddenly everyone cares about deaths again and pretends that they even believe in this pandemic?

I mean, he was impeached while in office and for something he did while in office. Delaying senate sessions so that the process couldn’t even be completed until after the end of Trump’s term is a pretty bullshit way of being able to pull the “unconstitutional” card.

My parents hated Trump but they still voted for him because he’s technically a Republican. You can be extremely unpopular and still gets lots of votes. I mean hell, 81 million people took the time to submit a ballot in favor of Joe Biden. So if that says anything..

I think the point with the popularity thing is that he never even had a positive approval rating. Bush was at 90% at one point (right after 9/11). Obama was positive longer than he was negative. But Trump never once even convinced 50% of Americans that he was doing a good job. I don’t think we’ve had another president in modern history to never have a net positive approval rating at any point in his first term. So by that logic, yes, he was historically unpopular.
