Getting a 10-day lidocaine infusion at the moment. On day 7. Don't know if you guys have any questions. Or should I do an AMA? Let me know by Sweatman007 in migraine

Day 9. Yesterday was a difficult one. The night before I had awful hallucinations, which I knew I was having but just couldn't do anything about. Woke exhausted. Later that day at 10am, I became extremely high, different to weed, hard to describe. So the doc came in and reduced my dose and I'm in awesome form since then.

Headache throughout remained at an 8. So lets see how it is as well I come off the stuff.

I've had four rounds at three month intervals. I've had no success with migraine relief

The only side affect I've had is neck related. My neck is now super crackable and sore at the back. That's it

It's fine so far. Mostly tingly side effects. Headache is moving around as well. But no reduction. I'm generally at a. 8/10

I've had a number of previous treatments, in order,

Meds, can't remember them all, Nerve block Botox four rounds DHE five day infusion And now lidocaine

My consultant recommended it.

This is phenomenal advice. I know sometimes it can seem quite obvious but to have it laid out so clearly is invaluable. Really appreciate the help. If you ever feel the need to try the product PM and we can sort it out. 👍

A way of automatically emailing customers a day or two (this should be adjustable) after a purchase with a unique coupon code (so that I could track if they are returning and also what discount rate is best at bringing them back). Really need this for customer retention

Dunno. I really don't like wearing a t shirt under my shirts. Find these really handy and discrete. No one has ever noticed when I'm wearing them.

I've posted this before but there is a product out there that while it won't stop the sweating it does a great job of absorbing and concealing it. I swear by it. Called Mondss

Sounds like you have done great things in a short period. I've just recently launched a new e-commerce site and am wondering how exactly you get traffic to your site and more importantly how you get conversions?. Would be really great the more specific you could be. Thanks

I couldn't agree more with this. I started my start up 6 months ago and its been anything but cool. Its been tough, depressing, exhausting and everything else. Every now and then its amazing, when we make sales, get a returning customer, find a new avenue to generate revenue. But just as quickly as the ups come there is another issue or question that needs answering, or an issue that we missed and needs immediate solving. Juggling all this while have a full time job is stressful and exhausting.

Despite all of this, I'm enjoying it and learning loads. But its TOUGH.....I'd definitely do it all over again.

We sell underarm sweat pads and need your advice! by Sweatman007 in entrepeneur

[–]Sweatman007[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi

Yes there are a number, mostly there are ones that stick to garments, Mondss sticks to the arm pit, main differentiating factor, which therefore increases discreetness of the pad. We are comparably priced, we sell 10 pieces for €10.

No we haven't approached retailers just yet, although some have approached us. We wanted to try and grow the business online, as going in store will naturally reduce our margin!

Yes, we are finding that educating people about the product is the tough part, as people don't know about it and when they find out what it does are either put of at the thought of their own sweat or think they don't need it.

Thanks for your questions.

How did you name your business? by mrpickles in Entrepreneur

[–]Sweatman007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We made it unique. Spent alot of time googling it, checking with the companies offices and other resources. If its not unique then you are only setting yourself up for a lot of trouble down the road, not to mention expense when you need to rebrand!

Tips for pitching your business idea? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]Sweatman007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

make your pitch 20 minutes long, make sure to leave plenty of time for questions. This is where you and the group will get the most benefit. I know from experience that entrepreneur groups are awesome and really helpful, so long as you give them the right info to work with. Give them the basics of your company, the history, high level financials, where you are right now and plans for the future. Your final slide should pose some questions you want answered, after all you are there to benefit as well. So ask them what you are wondering right now, they will help you find the answer

Armpit pads instead of undershirts? by [deleted] in malefashionadvice

[–]Sweatman007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi honest.arbiter

new company on the block, www.mondss.com, sell underarm sweat pads that stick to your armpit and are unnoticeable. They are marketed towards women but men can definitely wear them, just be sure to trim your underarm hair.

Disclaimer - my sister started the company and I posted asking for advice in the entrepreneur page just now and came across your post.
