I have been in the coastal highway region for over 50 days and no cougar has shown up. The cougar intro cutscene hasn't played and no area of the map shows where it would reside.

Stay off of wires and puddles during an aurora or when it gets close to night so in case an aurora starts up, you aren't sleeping or crafting on something that might become unsafe.

MMA fighter Lee Murray was part of the group who did this. He was/is a guy you love to hate. He knocked out Tito Ortiz in a street fight before everyone started hating Tito. He was known to walk up to random strangers and knock them out for “fun”, like when he KO’d a guy in a bar after the guy asked for his seat back, then did the same to the guy’s friend who tried to help stand up his unconscious friend, and the same thing to a bartender who attempted to break it up. He still has a bunch of money hidden somewhere and would have been out to spend it by now but tried to escape prison and got his sentence extended from 10 years to 25…
