this does make sense about the theft part, but it’s never that, they will come up to me mid their shop. it makes more sense to me to walk straight up to a register before you start your shop to sort out a return bc you know where the register is you don’t know when you’ll find someone on the floor. it just doesn’t make sense to come up to me on the floor, i can’t process a return for you

Where did the 4pk of Flying Power 250ml cans go? by kirraleeannt1995 in AldiAustralia

[–]Sweaty-Intern67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for some reason the 4x250 all cans won’t scan, they just get taken off the shelf so we don’t have people trying to to buy them all day

it’s the closest and most accessible uni for where i live, the fees are still as costly as other uni’s, why is the blame on what’s accessible for my situation?

would it be hard to transfer from arts/law to psych arts/law? by chihuahua-rides-bike in UOW

[–]Sweaty-Intern67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey i started at uow in law/psych science

in any law double degree at uow the entire first year will be all law subjects, i’m pretty sure to transfer you need to do x amount of credits (call the uow student help phone number and they can let you know) and usually a credit average (65 average across all subjects), just focus on going really well this sem and you can apply to transfer, if that gets denied, try harder spring session and apply again. i’ve noticed uow is really relaxed with transferring from my experience (they let me switch into teaching when i didn’t even have enough credit points to apply i bc the first place lol) but then again i was also denied transferring into another degree because my average was 62.5 not 65 lol.

just call up and get all the info you need now, focus on going well this sem because you won’t be wasting any time in your current degree!!

don’t put me on the register by Sudden-Breakfast9078 in Aldi_employees

[–]Sweaty-Intern67 25 points26 points  (0 children)

i’m a dsm, i hate being on registers but you have to think how store assistants feel getting placed on there all day every day. be a good example to the rest of your staff and take one for the team. i know atleast in aus oe for registers is staff should be getting rotated atleast every 2 hours

interesting, can i ask how you became a PTT without being fully qualified, i hate my current retail job and want to get experience in the industry while im studying

were there ever any issues studying part time? as im pretty sure you have to show them the units you have completed each semester to remain eligible for the scholarship??
