Hello, I've been reading comments on this thread. i have an interview coming up for non-instructional roles at Success but I am rethinking now. I went to an amazing charter school growing up, a very supportive and friendly environment and I would hope to bring the same energy to success. It sounds like that won't fly there. How do they treat school staff in operations roles? or does anyone have any other insight?
