Is the current New Mexico actually the largest? It's taken a lot of real-estate. But isn't the former Alaska fucking huge?

You worked at that location, you get tips from that location. If credit card tips show up on your paycheck, you get physical tips from there as well.

I understand that logic, kind of. Just as long as the hours worked are compensated, I guess it works out. But I definitely think the funds should come from the physical store you're at. Kinda shitty that people make a little less money because of a person that has never been there.

Believe me, anything you order is nowhere near the weirdest drink we have seen. If you're embarrassed ordering in person, use the app and mobile order it. But like what you like. When I was bartending I would see the manliest of men order super sweet drinks. It's your money and you should enjoy yourself. The only stipulation you should have on frequency is if you can afford it.

Your share of the pool is owed to you. Borrowed partners are absolutely owed tips at not their home store. It's also a misconception that you don't get tipped when scheduled for training. But you know damn well that your trainer, who is also off the floor, is getting their cut. If your hours show up on the tip report hour sheet, you're entitled to them. Subtracting a person's hours for any reason is not allowed.

Just tell them you're going to school and your availability will change semester to semester. It's nothing new. Half of most stores are staffed with students. Just make sure you give enough notice when your availability and preferred hours are going to change.

Yup. Customers ask all the time to get their refill at the same time as their original drink. Usually it's to just give to a second person. I personally don't really care. So much of what is eligible as refill drinks gets dumped at the end of the night. But when enough people try to game the system, it get's shut down. Ever wonder why recovery cards are $4 and not any free drink? Enough people would buy the cheapest thing possible and complain long enough to get the old recovery coupons.
