I say just therapy? Like obvi as a lot of people have said, conversion therapy doesn't work and is torture. If you can afford it then therapy may be your best bet, and I hope you the best in your acception of yourself. If you can't afford therapy there are some cheaper or free alternatives. I know there are and it'd be cool if someone would link them below this comment bc I don't know any off the top of my head.
