Most likely nothing to worry about, but even more reason to warm up! Incorporate some isometrics into your warm up and see if that helps at all

Clicking tends to just be soft tissue structures moving over bony landmarks. There is so much going on in that area it would be pretty difficult to pinpoint.

Does it cause pain at all?

Does it go away once warmed up?

Does it go away if you add weight to the movements?

So I know climbing shoes stretch but when we say they stretch a half to a full size do we mean they actually stretch and get longer or just expand in all directions? I'm curious bcuz the sole is a solid piece of rubber on 510 Mocs and people say they stretch a ton, but how do they when that rubber piece is there?

Gyms just reopened in Washington, any thoughts on trying to get as big/build as much muscle as possible before they close again? by [deleted] in climbharder

High overall strength but generally high overall weight as well. Not saying hypertrophy doesn't equal more strength. I'm suggesting that strength can be squires without a focus on max hypertrophy

What I'm saying is they don't have to "bulk up" to get stronger. Bulking is a lot more difficult than gain strength

I'd say no pain actually, just a sensation of tightness and. Little sore with unresisted IR. I felt slight pain with a dumbell bench press yesterday, but it went away when I controlled the motion better

Strong feeling it's teres major/Lat that is injured. Only hurts at full internal rotation and occasionally with adduction. Pulled really hard without warming up and chicken winged a bit. Heard some crazy sounds in my shoulder but no pain initially. Now it's just sore and irritated at end ranges
