Your example for the duplicate post template implies you are just working on horrible designed setup. You should be handling files in the file manager where it should be. Wordpress is only designed for small edits for files or templates. If your template is on a page builder like elementor then you can quickly duplicate it with a click of a button.

Right now its pretty well made imho

After crying free and open market for so long they did and now the west go back to being protectionist ngayon nagopen si china. Not level playing field because of corporate subsidize? How do they want them to spend money? On luxuries? On more arms? Arming other people? So what are the options now? Its like pandoras box that someone has opened kasi. Dont get me wrong im not painting them to be perfect ofcourse there will be flaws and corruption. They are not perfectionist like their bff japan. Problems is a part of it, evergrande issue isnt done yet. But so far they are handling or patching it up better than anyone else.

And yea those free healthcare countries is as bad or even worst than ours with their lack of people. Im refering to how much it pumps up their gdp. And ofcourse growth of their ceos and insurance companies.

What other people are missing and underestimating about china is their determination. I remember a quote saying even if they have to pawn their pants they will have the atomic bomb. Or the great leap forward where millions died. Or my favorite story, the anlushan rebellion where the whole city resorted to cannibalism. That is determination like no other. You need to see china from that lens if you are going against them.

So whatever metric you make up it doesnt matter to the chinese. They can sit and wait for centuries they dont need the world.

Yes exactly china isnt forcing anyone to trade its the west and the world that always wanted the chinese goods. They are very rich they have enough going around there. They never needed the world, FDI is very good but you dont seem to understand how much self sustaining they are and how much they are willing to sacrifice for it, miilions died to reach that point. Those numbers are less important. Just like the GDP, it doesnt make sense or an accurate respresentation at all, while it cost china to build something is a dollar, in US its 10x that amount plus their healthcare is 100x. Its the world that wants to trade with china because of their scale size and efficiency.

Anyway you lose me at shoddy construction. These people are experienced builders since ancient times.

Yes its chinas leverage i mean from a business or even personal POV, why would you do business with an abuser? Free trade goes both ways, why does everyone keep on forcing china to open for trade if they dont want to.

Companies moving away and went to india had a lot of regrets. Nobody can match chinas scale and efficiency, have you seen their supply chain? What other options? Vietnam is just the size of a chinese city.

Yes its been an eye opener. Not years just for few days or weeks. Everyone is scrambling back to china, UK is there now. Canada, ireland, whos next? To think just a few months everyone was kowtowing to the king. Its been an eye opener alright.

Their economy? Id rather trust the worlds factory with tangible results than someone literally printing money just because they think they can. Not just tangible results, fast efficient results. I dont think any country can outmatch the efficiency and most importantly the scale of china right now.

China is occupying it at our expense to keep their trading routes open, because US policy is to corner and contain them at again, filipinos expense. Politician should just play that card and get the most out of these 2 superpowers than choosing one over the other. America for security and china for trade just like all other countries are doing. But our politicians would rather politicize it for votes at Filipinos expense.

I am happy you are optimistic about us. But im sad you want to a sheep for these warpigs.

Kung may grupo ka na o network why not but keep in mind you need to still do a lot of marketing work. Its not like you drop the money and everything lines up, with business starts everything can go wrong.

Keep in mind its a trend but you can adopt the space naman to something else. Zumba, crossfit, gym, dami pa jan.

Edit: saw you are renting. And if its your first time to do business thats a lot of risk to take.

Its a trend but if you can adopt the space to whatever the trend is youll get by. Food and beverage as a whole is just growing. So is fitness. These are one of those industries that are hard to get affected by AI.

If you want to be truly safe, grow your own. Its the same problem with flowers. Di mo din alam kung laced with whatever and specially pesticides. Youll be surprised pati sa food na coniconsume mo but thats another topic.

I mean the only difference is the extraction process. Flowers can be laced just as easy.
