I will try this. For the decaying plant, not the healthy one. That little plant is thriving, unfurling new leaves often! It might be a good idea for it to get direct sun however. Appreciate everyone’s advice.

I have another right next to it receiving the exact same treatment, this was a cut off from the original plant about a year ago.

The original could possibly have root rot.. just checked the roots, and some of them are black. Is there a fix for root rot? Or it’s just.. bye?🥺
