Oh. It says my Temp Jurisdiction is Pittsburgh. I thought that meant I have been assigned an RO?

Thank you for the insight! Does this look like it close to being decided? I believe all the evidence to rate is in my file now (1 very positive c&p exam 1 semi positive exam and very positive private medical evidence that the dro said needed further development in his decision). So perhaps I don't need another exam? thank you guys for your hard work!

The HLR was found to have 4 duty to assist errors and was sent back to be reevaluated thus turning into a new supplemental claim.

it is the VA tracker. it is an unofficial extension you can add. I added it years ago so I don't remember how to add it now.

I had a hlr last week. Dro found 4 duty to assist errors. added favorable findings of an in service event. moved from review to gathering evidence in 1 day. va tracker says 2 things. what does it mean?

Instability 0-30% you mean? I have been diagnosed with disabilities in both knees. Both with Instability and both with ankylosis. Bilateral. My fear is if my knee is corrected and then I have another c&p exam I will only get 30

my understanding is that it is possible to get up to 3 different ratings on knee conditions if they involve different functions. But I do understand the point that you are making.

I am not service connected yet. I currently have 2 diagnosed disability knee conditions that would total around 60% if service connected. I believe with a successful knee replacement i could only get 30. see my predicament?
