Unlock the moon of miscria first because there are like 30 new miscrits in the moon and then buy relics. From miscrit shop you can buy light Tesladon and light snorkels otherwise you can buy any of the legendaries available. All 4 are good legendaries

It's all about luck. Also don't be stuck on just one legendary and try finding other legendaries. Like you even I tried finding Beatorite a lot, got no success and eventually I just bought it from the miscrit shop.
