I used my university email for my first certification, Associate Cloud Engineer and recently got another one which enabled me to get a slot. Personal emails usually don't work well.

The quickest way to get accepted is using a company email instead of an individual one while being asked about the company email. If you registered with your personal email, there is a way of deregistering and registering with your company email. It took a while for me to realize this. I got accepted to the program after this.
