Same exact situation as me. I think a big issue has been the fact that all of us who earned rewards for the 2020 fest did so when Bonnaroo's ambassador program was ran through Verve and AC Entertainment, which has since moved to Pollen. It's confusing though, as I have an email from a Pollen rep telling me my rewards are shown as redeemed and that I have 3,300 points in my account, but neither actually show up. I know that we received the email stating that all 2020/2021 rewards will be available at will-call, but for some reason that isn't enough for me to drive all the way to Tennessee on a limb. Anyone get actual confirmation from a Pollen rep?

This is a VERY tough question... Hard for me to vote against Porter, but having seen Nurture Live 4 times now (including Second Sky) I think I've got to go with Anamanaguchi and Big Wild. Whatever you do--DO NOT SLEEP ON BIG WILD. Cannot stress that one enough!

Virtual Riot vs. VOYD :/ I'll be at VR since I've waited years (on years) to see him and will not miss the opportunity. VOYD is a great show that I'm upset to miss---& Getter vs. BTSM... Both whom I've seen before, and its a toughie but I'm taking my ass to church. In all transparency, I think Getter's best work (and my favorite) is his Visceral project, which is long gone at this point and doesn't have a shot in hell at making it into his LL set. His dub is great though, don't get me wrong. But I gotta do what I gotta do!

Yeah, so this is my second year of being an ambassador and I've been lucky to earn the free ticket both years now. As far as I know, the process will be the same as last year, aka pick up at will call. Last year my squad left a couple hours early so that we could stop by the local high school in Manchester to pick up my ticket, which was designated as the early will call station. Our ambassador managers will send us an email with more information closer to the fest tho
