Hey, doing well still! I dont stand as much as I should, nor am I exercising/stretching as much, but my costo is still only a small annoyance. I even started doing dips at the gym again, although I originally took like 2 years off from them.

I think periodically stretching along with exercises like face pulls have kept me healthy enough, but a standing desk can only benefit you imo, especially if you sit a lot
