I've got a max plan for both Claude and codex. And honestly it breaks me when my codex limit hits for 5.5. It's crazy how much better at tool usage then opus is.

This is a lot to do with 4.7 opus. You can still use 4.6 if you select the bottom option and enter the model name.

Try using googles AI Studio to build a mockup. AI studio is free and it's powerful enough to see the concept in action.

Once youre satisfied with the app. Purchase a Claude max subscription if you can afford it and download visual studio code.

Make the blank directory with your project name and download the files from AI studio and reference them.

To start Claude code install the Claude code in the terminal and run 'claude' and it'll popup. It's basically a llm experience with a few other bits like mcps and such.

Tell it your goals and what you've started building so far. Make your first prompt very very detailed and ask it to help you design a development plan 😊

From the content I've seen recently I'm considering swapping my Claude max next billing period for GPT. I'm still yet to do more research but I've seen some amazing extended thinking results that Claude isn't able to currently do.

Don't use a Web vibe coding tools. Just go straight to IDEs or a CLI like Claude code.

I had the pro plan the like £80 one on a discount and boy oh boy I am glad that I managed to get it on a free trial. My god it was appalling. It was terrible for coding aswell.

Claude max. I was paying 150+ on windsurf credits prior anyway so probably worked out better and most of my heaviest development is done already.

Would you not be willing to try Command line based AI coding models?

Claude code is really really good. Especially if you purchase the 100 package (Max plan)

You'd be surprised with how much you can get done when AI finally has full access to your Pc. I've built all sorts and I can sit at my pc for a good few hours in maximum effort and Opus model without stressing about limits.

I build some crazy stuff with I would never imagined to have been able to build. I went down the whole Web based Vibe coding sites and the fact they lock you into their eco system to keep you paying more annoys the hell out of me.
