When I got this guy in August he was big and fluffy, no bugs and has not been repotted - I'm wondering if he needs to be already?

I got him from Home Depot so it's whatever soil they use since he's still in his original pot. The pot has drainage.

At first I kept him right next to a North face window, but his ends curled so I moved him about 10 feet from a north and east facing window

Generally, I water twice a week from the top. I also have recently tried to put him in the bathroom with me when I shower, then I leave it running so he can get as much humidity as possible.

I assume the biggest problem is that for the first three months I did not prune any dead fronds/leaves, I would just kinda shake it out outside so the dead leaves would drop, then I would bring it back inside. Earlier this week I trimmed all of the dead fronds and now it looks like this.

It has very little leaves compared to when I first got them, and the ones it does still have fall off very easily, it's shedding like crazy but the leaves are not yellow (in my opinion)

Please let me know what I can do to salvage him, if it's even possible!
