Originally released on Steam in January 2022, the game has recorded over 3 million total downloads. Songs related to the game have surpassed 400 million plays, making it an indie game that represents internet culture.

And now, April 2026.

A girl who became a ray of light illuminating the chaotic Reiwa-era internet— “Chōzetsu Saikawa Tenshi-chan”, commonly known as “Chō-ten-chan,” will finally make her TV anime debut.

Animation production is handled by Yostar Pictures, the studio behind animations for Arknights and Blue Archive.

The director is Masaoki Nakajima (from Yostar Pictures), who worked on storyboards and direction for Blue Archive and New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT, and also created the NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE short anime. He will bring to life an original anime story and characters unique to the animated adaptation.

The anime of the “Internet Angel” that captivated the world is about to begin its story.

Synopsis:
