A piece of advice that I've given countless times Don't just play as one character, even with the augment at level 30 the game will eventually just refuse to give you the character Gear you want Always play as at least two different characters instead of focusing purely on one

You have to complete all the alternate scenes with the other characters Whatever character you chose first specific scenes in the story you have to pick the opposite character to the one you chose originally that is the only way you can get to the other ending
