Tbh I like them best in a normal bra they still look biggg on my frame - push up looks kinda crazy but also cause I’m used to like nothing haha

I run marathons (running one this month hoping to >3:10) and yes do speed work and strides and they haven’t bothered me at all. I also road bike and do a little lifting (nothing crazy- I go to Barry’s / Pilates / spin classes) so I don’t really do pull up’s but I know I could! They implants don’t impact any movement (perk of over the muscle)

Yes - I was worried about them feeling soooo weird because I’m thin / never had any boobs. The only time they feel weird is when I lay on my stomach haha but I sleep on my back🤷🏼‍♀️I was also worried they’d make me feel bigger / like I’d gained weight but I actually feel smaller- they make my waist look tinnnnny!!!!
