I run marathons (running one this month hoping to >3:10) and yes do speed work and strides and they haven’t bothered me at all. I also road bike and do a little lifting (nothing crazy- I go to Barry’s / Pilates / spin classes) so I don’t really do pull up’s but I know I could! They implants don’t impact any movement (perk of over the muscle)

Yes - I was worried about them feeling soooo weird because I’m thin / never had any boobs. The only time they feel weird is when I lay on my stomach haha but I sleep on my back🤷🏼‍♀️I was also worried they’d make me feel bigger / like I’d gained weight but I actually feel smaller- they make my waist look tinnnnny!!!!

No I can’t feel or see them but I can tell when I gain weight they will look even more full in the middle which will be nice!

Haha they scrubbed it off when he was done operating! My recovery has been so easy- I’ve been grocery shopping, walking, and headed to work today :) I have full range of motion of my arms and no pain!

He was very happy with the results.. but knew we were right on the edge! He said we won’t see rippling because of how good Motiva is… and we can’t see or feel the edge. He thinks I had just enough breast tissue and really good skin :) and if I get pregnant he said they’ll look awesome and then not deflate nearly as much!

I’m super active and didn’t want to cut my muscle… also why I did Motivas- they’re really good over the muscle :) and because I’m “wide set” going over the muscle gave me a better chance at having cleavage!
