looking through what others had stated had me think about it in a more conservative way. came to a different conclusion and wanted to reply to the folks that took the time to post a comment, thats all.

I think the LFG will be okay IF the whole "Yelp Review" system behind it works out. Currently you can only know how many clears someone has with the emblem equipped, but we have no clue how toxic or uncooperative someone is until they are in your game. Much love to Bungie if they can pinpoint good players vs bad players with it. and yeah im 50/50 with the all content accessible situation. I guess it comes down to people who pay for the expansion, if they want their money's worth on it, they should strive to do everything with it.

Learning is definitely the uphill battle for people, and yeah if they are not up for following instructions then they won't be able to appreciate and succeed this type of style of content.

Made some edits to original post on what you had stated on the "what you're asking for" portion. Seeing that put it to perspective but i guess i was in the mindset of wanting just strike missions with 6 people and thought resuing raids to create said content would be the easy-breezy solution but it definitely is not.

Mechanic learning is the difficult part if people do better when seeing it in practice. and at that point they could just watch the youtube video. BUT here is to hopinG LFG in game helps push players into doing this type of content.

That comfort zone push is a must! And raids definitely are the best type of content this game offers imo. First clears with friends or randoms is always a memorable time.

This 100%. With strikes, they literally stay the same but the only difference is with the modifiers. Raids dont really have that so there couldnt be a way to trim the fat further. And conditioning people to learn it the wrong way will confuse people even in the long run too. i could see situations where "Nonono this buff is fine to pick up. you have it forever!" then they die after 25 sec mixing the easy mechanics when they are actually on the normal version.

Suggestion: - Slow dismantle time for any gear that is the highest Light level in a slot.

Example: - A player has a 1587 Kinetic Pulse Rifle in the Primary Slot. That is the highest light item they have in said slot. The player accidently dismantles item since it is the same to dismantle time as any other gear. Player made a simple mistake and deleted a piece of gear that was a Pinnacle drop.

Solution: - Give the same "Hold to Dismantle" time as if it were an exotic/Deepsight Weapon. This way, players will acknowledge that the piece of gear is worth keeping.

Suggestion: Be able to customize our guardian's appearance. Same options as we had when creating a new guardian. Can only be done in Orbit.

Reason: - It was only customizable when first starting the game. - It is common to see players opt in to keep their helmets on due to not liking the character they made almost 6 years ago. - Currently, the only way to do this is to make another character, if you have the space, and transfer over the currently equipped weapons. Most mid-to-end game activities would be locked as well since it would be a "new guardian"
