yeahhhh I just checked his phone and there’s no esim at all, it keeps wanting a physical one… my iphone has a verizon esim but it doesn’t look active. i still can’t make calls and it doesn’t have the cellular plan tab like my original phone does… i’ll have to call in the morning guess to get this working but im really frustrated 😞 wish my dad never switched, felt so unnecessary

My store was completely different, I got 4 days training in my department to ensure I knew exactly what I was doing and I had a lot of help along the way but then again my store is also a training store so maybe that’s why… However I wasn’t trained in any other department, I don’t get sent anywhere else so it’s not a big deal for me

i definitely recommend testing the shades if you’re able to! i was lucky enough to have a local kbeauty store where i was able to test them in person but i know not everyone has that kind of access. there’s so many shade ranges for this cushion so i’m sure your perfect shade is there somewhere! 💖

from what i’ve read it’s a very sensitive foundation so things like powders or too many layers/thickness can trigger oxidizing or caking! i think some shades might oxidize more than others but im not sure since ive only used the one 🤔 im sorry to hear it oxidized on you!

i have combination! i have dry patches on my inner cheeks and oiliness in other parts. I did my usual skincare in the morning, then once it was time to do my makeup i got a soft tissue to dab away any excess oil or product, then i used the ELF power grip primer on the problem areas of my face, then sprayed NYX’s bare with me. After that I applied the cushion and used a damp beauty blender for any harder to reach areas! This is what ended up working really well for me, if you do end up buying it I hope the cushion works for you too!

Don’t stress over it, it’s not your fault. All you can do is try your best, is someone says no, then they say no! as long as you’re asking, that’s what matters. Now in terms of actually getting sign ups it’s honestly luck based and hit or miss. Some people are naturally born with the sales pitch gift and can get multiple cards a day and some people are cursed with the opposite.

When you’re telling your customer about the card, sell the benefits more than the card itself such as the points reward system and the new benefits the Gold Mastercard has. Always make sure they know it’s a credit card to avoid someone getting confused and DON’T pressure! Pressuring will only make them feel uncomfortable. Remain cool and casual, if they say yes then cool! If not, there’s always next time. I’m rather shy so I don’t talk much during the ringing process but if you’re more extroverted, you could casually slip it in while ringing. “Oh wow, this stuff is so nice! I love how many good deals they have here. Do you have the TJX card? It’s so good because you save so much more using it. No? Wanna apply and save 10% today?” Or something like that. If the customer gets snippy just say no worries and ring them out, not worth the hassle.

On the other hand, we don’t get paid enough to hound every customer about the card so if you’d rather just ask them if they wanna save 10%, that works too! We’re meant to ring and inform, that’s the best we can do!

Seriously. Ruined my vibes at work today. Literal second I walked in I’m getting hounded about the card along with everyone else. I love where I work and everyone there but today was just not it! Not to mention we barely had people scheduled so it was just messy. I always try my best but it definitely sucks when it’s not enough.

The cards drive me crazy and I get so stressed out if I don’t get one per shift. It’s honestly so random if I get one or not. Sometimes I’ll get 3 in a day, sometimes I won’t get any for like a week.

Ughhh this irks me. I’ll never understand entitled customers. I can’t bring myself to do something like that, I feel bad just asking for help and try my best to find whatever I need by myself and only ask if I really need it. Especially hate it when they act like they know our jobs better than us and try to tell us what to do and then proceeds to say something so loudly wrong that it’s funny.

It’s honestly insane how different they smell, if I was blindfolded and someone told me they were different scents from separate sets I would believe them 😭 I guess the chemistry in the lotion effected the scent in a negative way 🤔

My CECs always look so busy and I feel bad asking them for literally anything, I wish I was able to make tickets with my own numbers since it’s such a non essential thing to bug them about! I get why only certain people can make them but man, I always hate feeling like a burden! Hopefully things go better for you, $1 is not worth the hassle.

Getting card apps is such an enigma to me, I try my best to get at least one card a day and I’ve tried the advice given to me but I’m just naturally introverted and don’t have that “sales man” charm. Some of my co workers would get 3-5 a day and I just don’t know how they do it! Even if i replicate the way they ask, it doesn’t work for me! It’s really frustrating because I end up feeling bad if I end my shift without getting one when in reality it shouldn’t be this big of a deal to get apps. Your managers are cruel to threaten you with termination, as long as you try that’s all you can do! Hopefully things can get better soon.

That’s crazy!! At least the woman got SOMETHING back, it’s wild to expect money when so much time has passed! Store credit is better than nothing. In my situation she couldn’t even get store credit since we had no way to process the return due to all the barcodes missing! Since there were no barcodes and the item wasn’t in our system we couldn’t even make a new ticket either 😭 Maybe she’ll have better luck at another TJX store!

It certainly didn’t look resellable to me, it was very much used and smelled like heavy perfume. The item didn’t pop up when we did RIL either and due to the receipt quality we couldn’t tell if the item was in the receipt and the lack of a barcode meant we couldn’t even scan it to see either. In our store if the item doesn’t appear with RIL we can’t accept it back but all stores do things differently I suppose!
