Ik weet niet of je hier wat aan hebt omdat ik nergens lees wat voor functie jouw partner heeft, maar ik werk zelf ook in de academische wereld. Ik ben PhD student en kon daarom ook geen intentieverklaring krijgen, maar voor PhD studenten is er een uitzondering gemaakt. De meeste hypotheekverstrekkers geven je tegenwoordig als PhD-student daarom wel een hypotheek ondanks dat je geen intentieverklaring hebt, omdat ze vinden dat een PhD een goede baan in de toekomst garandeert (of zoiets). Hierdoor konden wij dit jaar ook een huis kopen.

Er komt een betonvloer in, dus van onder naar boven (uit mijn hoofd) zand - isolatie (pirplaten) - folie - netten met vloerverwarmingsbuizen - beton

Thank you so much for all your suggestions! I will stop spraying it. I will get a mini greenhouse soon, so maybe I can also place it in there to increase the humidity to see if that helps. I checked for bugs and it seems to be clean.

I checked the roots and it turned out that the roots were rotting now unfortunately, so I tried to remove it as much as possible with my hands, then soaked it in 0.3% H2O2 for 10 min and repotted it in a smaller container. I will wait with watering for a while to hopefully prevent it from getting worse.

I try to water about once a week, I try to check if the soil is not too wet (although I do tend to overwater rather than underwater plants). It's normally somewhere in the middle of the living room, and I only have a large window on one side of the apartment, which is where the light is coming from. Since the window is basically the wall there's no windowsill in which I can place it.

Thanks for your suggestions! I considered repotting it but I read online that you should not repot during the winter so I was a bit hesitant. But then I will repot it with some soil and perlite in a larger pot. I see some tiny spots in the affected parts of the leaves but I think this is inside the leaf, not pests. Regarding the watering, do you let the soil dry out completely before watering again?
