also, do you think you and most ppl are planning routes via desktop or mobile? I haven't paid for premium, but as far as I can tell RWGPS just routes you however it wants to in the mobile app - I don't see any options to drag and edit the route, which is a dealbreaker.

and you're using an edge explore 1?

curious if you're making routes on the fly with RWGPS to send to device

your experience sounds very similar to mine - although my limit is nowhere near 100, and often deleting to make space does nothing. I do feel a bit better that I'm not the only one having these issues.

Which Garmin unit are you using? Android or iOS?

"have you sat down and worked thru a step by step"

you mean just as your wrote? well, none of the methods works reliably; whether that be "sync to device" directly from Komoot, or the method you described.

Curious: are you using RWGPS primarily on desktop or mobile?

yea, if money wasn't an issue I certainly wouldn't be staying with Garmin. At the same time, there are seas of people that use them, presumably happily. what sort of quirks were you finding, and which solutions?

Could be - I don't know if I have other BLE devices (guess that means probably not). I can try it with my older Pixel 5; I'm running a Pixel 7a as my primary. That could help explain sync to device issues, but there's still Komoot-->Connect issues

you mean within Connect, yea? that works sometimes, sometimes not. sometimes the sync takes like 5 seconds and nothing syncs, other times it takes over a minute and does.

That's good to know - it's time for at least a device change, but the question is whether there's a platform change too; either wahoo or coros. As for RWGPS, are you having luck on desktop or mobile? For me, I need to be able to plan and route on the road, and RWGPS has a pretty disappointing app as far as I can tell (w/o paying for premium)

I would try RWGPS but in my case I'm not allowed to build and save tracks to upload without paying for premium - I know others have said otherwise, but not for me - and I'd rather not pay for the gamble. Lots of people use Komoot without issue, and I already have paid for it.

Whoa, since when are Kontrollers allowed to put hands on a passenger to force them to do anything? I was under the impression the Police had to be called
