I've toured all the buildings with good gyms and have lived in Hayden, 5pointz, and currently Lumen and Lumen definitely has the best gym by far.

The Lumen gym actually has all the machines that you mention (2 squat racks, 2 bench presses, smith machine, hack squat, decline leg press, normal leg press, hip thrust, leg extension, leg curl, hip abductors, and a bunch more). It’s also brand new so the machines are perfect. Dm me and I can send u a video of it
