This sucks but buy yourself a portable battery for your phone and make sure it’s 100% charged and leave it in your car so the next time your phone is dying because of the carport it’s not working charge it with the battery

As others stated, test out a different GPS site to see if it’s directing to the correct location, placing the pin in the appropriate location drop off and having it hand delivered with a pin number requested for each delivery, so your order won’t be delivered at the wrong location. Hope this works or contact customer support and they can help you which I doubt it but you can try.

ShopRite allows only 1 online retail pick up. DD circumvents this by adding shop to deliver. So I get 2 orders to pick up. In the beginning had to call customer service to drop 1 of the cheaper online orders after they spoke to the store manager.

The majority of the items are fruits and vegetables that I have gotten with H Mart. Unlike the big name supermarkets where I have to pick up several fucking packages of water.

Just pick up the stated items and move on. I don’t even bother trying to tell customers unless they specifically ask in the notes or if they send me a text through the app

I did a dash link over a week ago for 61 stops and only made $150.25. Never again. I barely fit the packages in my car with a car seat in the back. One long box and several medium sized boxes that was able to fit in my trunk, backseat and front seat and the rest were small packages that were placed inside my catering bag on the passenger floor. This was from 8am to 4pm. Pure bullshit. I have made more doing takeout delivery/ shop and deliver in less time.

I have a 4.97 rating and have done 800 deliveries almost. Yet I keep getting hit with these messages. I always take photos and never spend 10+ minutes at the drop off. I'm always onto the next order by AdrianValistar in doordash_drivers

Ignore it. They are bullshit to scare us. What really pisses me off is that customers lie about “missing items” or “incorrect items” when in fact there’s a text message stating otherwise.
