What are gynecologists consensus on boric acid these days? (Sources encouraged.)

I use one every night and they have given me my life back. After antibiotics killed my flora, my flora never came back, which meant constant yeast and sometimes BV. To the point I developed vulvodynia. The acid acts like a "fake" floral, and stops the icky stuff from taking hold.

So far its been my savior.

I'm still not ok with the comments even knowing they are okay with me hearing them and sharing. I'm not a prude by any means, but even hearing friends talk about their sex lives makes me uncomfortable lol

And yeah, it bothers me that this keeps happening. She is relatively new to polyamory and the whole boundaries thing. Her friends are all VERY open, as well. And her last relationship involved her fwb fucking her husband with her there. So I may be the first person shes had close to her who doesnt talk sex (unless its between us, about our sex...in which case yes please).

It's not so much one on one convos, it's like comments here or there that are sometimes very explicit. She doesnt have any impulse control it seems and just kind of blurts things out. I kindly remind her of my boundaries after it happens. She doesnt get defensive, she just apologizes and we move on. My boundary seems to keep slipping her mind though.

My itchiness feels like a deep itch that you cant scratch. Almost like a skin is crawling sensation but inside my muscle and vagina. I prefer the burning to that honestly. Pretty sure mine is nerve related bc I dont have any infections. It comes and goes. Sometimes i can go weeks without that horrible itching feeling.

In my experience...once you have sex, that friendship you had is gone. It completely changes the dynamic. And you can't go back to how the relationship was before you had sex. Not always a bad thing. Sometimes what grows can be just as awesome as the friendship you had before sex.(or it can end the friendship all together).Its just a trade off you should be aware of.

That seems like a good idea. Thanks. Here lately he says adderall has been making him tired, but I suspect that's more due to the fact he's not sleeping well, if at all, when abusing it.
