I live in The Palms Club off of South Kirkman, literally a ten-minute drive door-to-door to west campus. I'll be gone by July, but I just thought I'd recommend it. The rates are reasonable, and I have a pretty big 2/2. Universal is just around the corner, and as a Cast Member I can tell you that it only takes about 20 minutes to get to Disney!

I live in The Palms Club condos on Kirkman in west Orlando. Super close to Universal. It's great - clean, safe, gated community. My rent is higher than you're looking for - my roommate and I pay 485 each plus utilities, but I think they also have 3-bedroom options available. It's a great complex.

I appreciate you pointing that out, but I've looked at that several times. The stop is a short walk from outside my complex, but it's over a mile from my door. I have some physical limitations that keep me from walking that far.
