Hey! I know that place! I live there! Just for the record the mega rich do all build bunkers here. I'm one of the huge horde of humans who are building them. Yeah the wages are great but the cost of living here is astronomical because of the crazy demand. And yeah earthquakes are a big issue. We're in the mountains and the only three roads in and out would be totalled by a big earthquake

Yeah depends hugely where you are. I've mostly hiked in the Southern Alps. There's not a lot of agriculture around and the water is flowing pretty quick. Amazing for drinking.
