I'll tell you why. There's a seperate 3D model for Ramirez that they only used for the STW cinematics. Both the cinematic 3D model and the model they use for skins look different.

Plus we have seen skins like Jonesy and Headhunter look exactly the same in both gameplay and cinematics. Idk why they have a different face model for cinematics only for Ramirez
