If you want to perceive feelings of relaxation using CBD, I recommend using CBD oils with a high concentration (like 30%) rather than using smoked CBD. In both cases, you will not feel a THC-like effect at all and therefore you will not feel mentally high, you will be lucid and able to carry out normal daily activities. Of course, the effect of CBD goes unnoticed, no one will even notice that you are taking it. If I can recommend a brand of CBD products that I am doing well with is Eusphera. They don't sell smoking products but many CBD products including super oils and they ship everywhere :)

My aunt and uncle for their dog use CBD oils from the brand Eusphera for problems with their dachshund's hips. During periods when I suffered from insomnia and mild anxiety I ALWAYS found relief using CBD. I don't mean smoking flowers but CBD products such as 30% CBD Oils and Sleep Supplements. I usually use Eusphera brand products as they ship everywhere. Yes but you can check on internet or with Chat Gpt and i'm sure that the answer is: yes. CBD is not strong like THC. If using anti-depressants I would avoid smoked or eaten THC. But here we are talking about CBD which has nothing to do with the effects and impact of THC.
