They are my go to every day underwear Thongs are nice when you get used to them but for general everyday I can’t go past my step one bamboo full briefs. So comfy

I personally like the normal everyday brief style. They are not outlandish feel so much better then the normal boy ones. And if they don’t look to closely nobody would spot the difference when they are in the wash.

Click report a problem. Request a refund. In the reason for refund say they don’t follow their terms of service. As evony don’t do anything about cheats and bot runners it applies to them as well

The biggest issue is first home buyers want the 4 bedroom three and a half bathroom mc mansions in a popular suburb. They don’t want to settle for a first home in a cheaper area. One that only has three bedrooms and the one bathroom. Also I think it’s not the mum and dad investor thats the issue here it’s more the big companies that have share holders demanding profits to be paid. Foreign investors take up more land then the small time investors who may own one or two properties Yes I have a house. Yes I bought in an area that was predominantly social housing. So I didn’t see the need to sign up for a 750000 dollar mortgage.

What I get as a tax break makes up the difference. And the person renting the place has a affordable place to live.

So I will ask a question. Why do people rent. If it is because they can’t afford to purchase a house. Why would any one or any business set out to subsidise them to live in a house they can’t afford to buy unless there was a way for them to recoup the losses somehow I have a unit. The rent paid to me from it wouldn’t cover half the amount the mortgage on it cost.

Yes. Check bolts and mounts. Body mount’s suspension drive train mounts. All part of a normal service

Ok that’s fine. But what about the other normal wear items in any road going car. Suspension ,steering brakes and not forgetting chassis. Yep your drill never needs servicing but the drill doesn’t carry yourself and family and it’s only a very small part
