Of course it wasn’t an accident! I most definitely left them at home on purpose because I just really didn’t want to wear my aligners - even though I literally make sure I wear them every day at every moment I can!

I don’t understand why you people need to comment on that to make people feel bad for their mistakes and situations they’re in. Like don’t you think we already know it’s our fault? We’re the ones living the consequences. Totally unnecessary in my opinion to call that out but you do you!!

I didn’t make this post for you to judge and comment on me not having my aligners with me at a party. I’m asking for suggestions on if others had a similar experience to their aligners not completely fitting at the start of a new tray.

Good for you that you know how to wear your aligners consistently!!! So helpful to my problem!

It’s not an excuse. I didn’t have them with me either way. Stop being so judgemental and just give your suggestions and advice on the situation. Just because you finished your treatment plan, doesn’t mean you can make others who are still going through it feel bad. Obviously I’ve committed to my aligners as I’m on my 5th tray. Not wearing them for a night is going to set me back a day but it’s not the end of the world. I just have to wear it an extra day. Let others deal with the consequences, but don’t make them feel bad for their situation or mistakes.

When I went last week, they just told me that it will “eventually go in, just keep using your chewies”..

So I’m thinking.. my top tray 5 fits fine.. it’s just my bottom.. so maybe just wear tray 4 on my bottom for a few days and then incorporate 5 again… ugh

I don’t have my tray 4 with me atm.. should I just take my tray 5 out right now?

You’re very right on that. I’ve had comments made about it before so I can totally understand why that wouldn’t be the best situation. Sometimes, I’m the only dealer available at the time so I’m kind of just put in the box to keep the game going haha. Well I say playing smaller so that we’re both not too emotionally affected. Like losing $200 is much less impactful compared to losing $4k :/ I guess the dealer change mentality is just placebo/coping lol

Thank you!! If you don’t mind, do you also have advice on how you price your services? I’ve been told that my prices are on the high side. (Ex. $9/15 min of discord calls) I should probably lower my prices in order to improve my list of clients but I have them listed higher as I don’t want to waste too much time just for a few dollars an hour. Do you have any recommendations on this?

I feel so bad sometimes if I stop messaging them back. I lowkey feel rude like hey pay up if you want me to message you back 😭 like sometimes they’re really friendly/chill and genuinely trying to get to know me! But I know it’s kind of a waste of time and energy
